Prairie Dog Hunting

We had a great prairie dog hunt last weekend. The severe drought that Cimarron County is in has not stopped any prairie dog hunting.

The dogs are thick.

Using some binoculars to spot the distant dogs. Sure is dry out here!

Using teamwork to spot and shoot the distant dogs.

The guys gearing up to take some 400 yard shoots. Nice shooting benches!

Prairie dog and rabbit hunting are great ways to introduce kids to the shooting sports.
